How to shop online

At Corks & Cases it's quick and easy to buy online, simply click on the "Buy Now" button beside the item you would like to purchase. This will take you to our secure Paypal payment page. The product you have chosen will be displayed along with the postage & packing fee. Payment can be made using any of the many types of debit or credit card indicated or indeed your personal Paypal account if you have one.

Should you wish to purchase more than one item or have any queries with your payment please don't hesitate to contact us.

Of course payment can be taken by telephone at our Masham shop 01765 688810 should you prefer.

Age Restriction

We will only sell to persons aged 18 years or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying a product/s as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately we will be unable to leave the products.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by courier Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm to the UK excluding Highlands & Islands. From the time of placing your order we aim to deliver your items within five working days. An adult signature (over 18years) is required for acceptance of all alcoholoic goods.

If nobody is in or your premises are closed when our courier attempts to deliver, he will post a card advising you to call them to arrange one of the following:

  • Redelivery to the original address at a mutually convenient time during normal working hours.
  • Redelivery to an alternative address on receipt of authorisation from yourself.
  • Redelivery to the original address without a signature i.e leave the goods in a safe location.
  • Collection from your local depot.

Please contact us directly for confirmed Saturday or next day deliveries or those in areas not listed above.

Damaged/Faulty Items

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, we will be happy to exchange them or offer you a refund.

Please notify us immediately, retaining the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

We strongly recommend that items are returned using a suitable carrier i.e those that offer a parcel tracking service.
